    Can't remember what Spanish flag stock PotC used. But yours is certainly much more fitting for an Age of Sail game than the modern one. I fear that fine details of the 1690 flag wouldn't really be visible ingame, so the "plain" one may be most suited.

    Where to buy bombs?

    FAIK it was the "Realistic Cannon" mod that disabled the (regular) use of bombs for ships, as bombs on ships were considered unhistorical. You can switch that mod off in Buildsettings.h and return to the stock cannon behaviour.
