Commanding ships question
Hi, I've downloaded the mod few days ago and its pretty damn cool! I have a question about commandin fleets and single ships. The game says you can't command a fleet until 5 lvl leadership, but on the other hand it asks if you want to keep a new ship. So whats the penalty for having a fleet...- Hamlet
