A problem in time

Is there any way to fix the time problem in the forum? I don't know if anyone else is having this problem but the time keeps switching back and forth an hour every time you refresh the board. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/pirate3.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="2" border="0" alt="pirate3.gif" />
