WIP Adding Crew Damage to Rigging Attack

In PotC: On Stranger Tides, we saw and heard how Blackbeard's sword would not only take over and ruin the rigging, but kill a portion of the enemy crew as well. I intend to use the musket volley code as a baseline and see if I can develop a reasonable facsimile of this. The trick will be keeping it a ranged attack, and it wouldn't be sporting to duff the bulk of an enemy's crew when they're, say, on the other end of Cuba from you.
