Age of Booty Sequal in the works?

While this game wasn't exactly an in depth pirate RPG, it was a good bit of pirate fun, and had some failry decent graphics and good piratey sounds! It was supposed to support multiplayer as well through Steam, although I could never get that to function properly in the demo, I never did play the full version of the game. More booty is ALWAYS a good thing!

Certain Affinity has registered the title "Legend of Booty" with the US Trademark Office a few days ago. Since it doesn't make sense that they would register such a title without some sort of plan for a game to go with it we feel safe in speculating that some kind of Age of Booty sequel might be underway.
