Animist's Lair now bugged

It is now possible (post Blacksmith mod) to land on the beach and enter the Animist's cave prior to getting the clue from the "Teacher"

If one does go there, one finds the lair partially flooded.

The animists do not attack.
If one goes to the Head Animist's chamber, he does attack (if you talk to him).

Once he's dead, you can leave, but when you finally complete the other parts of the quest and come back, he is not there and although you get the quest points, your character is frozen.

You cannot continue the game.
Pressing "i" key before or after does not help.

Alan Smithee was messing with the Animists lair and the water levels there. Like finding pieces of "Concentrated Evil" all over the place.
The ones that wind up in toaster ovens do much damage!

I think I found the code that returns the cave to normal:

In "IslaMuelle.c" under "Muelle_Cave", change the
"Locations[n].environment.sea = "true";" line

to Locations[n].environment.sea = "false";

But I can't find how to prevent player from landing at that beach in the first place. Can someone please post the code to fix this?

Evil blundering fool, more like... sorry again. These changes I made so long ago I forgot all about them.
I think you open "islands_init.c", something like that, in the "islands" folder... and find the entry for IM, it's like a list of the ports and beaches on the island you can land at... and the animist island one has something there to disable landing at it or not.

But see, I'll only `re-disable` the disabling soon anyway, because I realized that island is prime `real-estate`. Nothing else on it, yet its surface is roughly half the size of QC or Douwesen. So it'll be a native Carib settlement, at the least. I'll have to keep the entrance to the cave disabled until the right time, is all.
