another santiago bug

well, i can finally access santiago (MAN that city is big!), but at both outskirt locations, you still can't get very far. one of them is supposed to lead to a bridge, but when at the bridge, the loading screen freezes. the other one doesn't lead to anything at all: you just walk up against an invisible wall.
