Need Help AoP 2 CoAS max rank cap?

I know it is a silly question but I really want to know what is the maximum rank you can get with your player/hero and also your companions/crew/officers' max ranks???

I read the manual but it did not mentioned about the max rank the player can have. I also searched with Mr. Google but he disappoint me... hehe!

I suspect it is the same as in PotC, where there basically isn't a maximum rank.
However, each next rank takes longer to accomplish and at some point you don't have any more experience to gain.
But you can still gain further ranks after that.
