sounds rather, limited in the preview, he never mentioned any real actions or quests, more of an atmosphere review.

Judging by the screenshots, they've reviewed the russian release. However they worded the review so as to create the impression of reviewing the english version. Either they were too lazy to make some screenshots and just recycled what was available on the internet, or they reviewed the russian version. I suggest we read this review with a sizable grain of salt.
