Are There updates?

Hey Gang,

I have been off the board and the game for about a month. When I left I was enjoying bulid 12 and following the discussion of problems and fixes. So I apologize if this is dumb question, but are there any updates or fixes or new mods for build 12 to download.?

There are updates to Build 12 that you can get by using your B12 installer and checking "updates".

Also there are a few mods (betas) on the FTP. I have one - some new skins for Danielle and a couple male skins (and a really nice one by Petros) for the Tailor shops:
