If your not aware Ascaron were the developers of the Patrician series, Port Royale 1 & 2, Pirate Hunter & Tortuga - Two treasures. Â
While I really didnt think much of their last couple of pirate games it's sad to see that we may never get another crack at a Patrician 4.
