best sword?

I know some people prefer light/medium/heavy weapons but i was wondering what the best sword in the game is and where to find it. Right now I am using the obsidian sword from the Tenochtitlan quest.

That'd probably be it. I haven't seen anything with bigger raw damage.

That one does alot of damage, but its really heavy and uses alot of energy. The Tenat is 6# lighter with only a slight drop in damage. For light and medium. once you get morgans rapier and the hudgsomethingorother theres not much differance in damage.

For 1v1 fights your obsidian sword is fine, most enemies won't last long. In longer, mulitiple enemy fights your going to find yourself running out of energy.

You'll find the best light and medium weapons on the CoAS quest. Sordid or one of the other guys can probably spell that blasted name of the medium weapon.
