Build mod 14a6 Flying dutchman

How do you get the Dutchman in-game?? I see it in the ship map in the Program folder but how can you somehow get it? And does it look like the "Real" Dutchman or is it just a name for a french galleon or something? Please tell!! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/william.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":will" border="0" alt="william.gif" /> Oh and btw if you know a program to put certain models in game (like the dutchman) and how to do it please tell that too thanks!! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":rolleyes:" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" />
 
the Dutchman you see is most likely a recolour of a Galleon. it's not bad, but it's FAR from the REAL Flying Dutchman.
 
Okay and do you also know how you can get it?

And i have a problem with runtime error when i installed 14a7 please help me how to fix this!!
