Can we get an option to configure keys

The dancing I knew would be tough to learn , but unlike the manual the 7 key does a right pirouette and the 9 key a left pirouette. This crossover has
my character stumbling all over and wasting time. Can we please get the option of configuring the dance keys and other standard keys for that matter. So far the dancing keys have me playing finger twister trying to stay up.

I have never used the 7 and 9 keys. I only use the 1 and 3 keys for the diagonal moves.

I think you can configure them, there is a keymap.ini link in my sid meiers pirates startup group that lists all the hotkeys. I would imagine you can change those and the game would read from there.

The actual location of the keymap.ini file on *my* system is located at: "Goccuments and SettingsMy GamesSid Meier's Pirates!keymap.ini" So I would immagine its in the doccuments and settinsMy gamesSid Meier's Pirates! folder on your computer too.
