can't edit internalsettings...

i have a problem... i'am a little newby here but i wanted to activate Cheatmode but the internalsettings file wont let me do it because i'am not authorised...?

Where did you install the game? If you put it in "C:\Program Files..." or "C:\Program Files (x86)..." then Windows security is preventing you from editing the file. Install somewhere else, e.g. I installed mine into "C:\Games\Pirates of the Caribbean".

i use windows 10 but i have installed it over again and it works fine but still crashes here and then
