Can't patch anything

I just bought EIC through gamersgate and I'm loving it. However there are 3 patches for the game so far and I can't figure out how to apply them. Each time I run them they ask me for my e-mail and my CD key which I do and then it saids the key isn't valid cause it's already been activated. Anyone else with this problem?

Ok, if your having problems with the patch, MUST use the same email as you used when you installed the gamer. Otherwise it just won't do it.

Yes I read about that in the posts.
Yet it still won't work. E-mail is correct and so is the pw. everything is exact, right down to being case sesitive.
So far I'm at a loss, the only thing I haven't tried is uninstalling and reinstalling.

Can any1 help?
