Need Help CHANGE AND MODIFY FILES

I would like to change and modify the following in the game:


- Reducing Enemy Health Points

- Reducing Bounty Hunters

- Improve Nation Relations

- Reduce Pirate Ships

- Change Worldmap Encounters

- Improve Officers / Companions Loyalty

- Change Quest Rewards

- Improve Hero / Officers Skills

- Change Trader Items Amount

- Change Trader / Store Prices


Could please someone provide me the necessary path to the needed game files?
