Changing graphic settings?

I can't use the config program in the root directory... so, how do I change the settings to the highest graphics? I remember there was a setting for that, so I want to make sure I have my PoTC running as beautifully as possible. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/buds.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="buds.gif" />

You can try editing engine.ini with Notepad manually.
