city of lost ships HELP!!!

Can anyone tell me how to get on-board the ship tartars which is the jail in the city of lost ships.
the doesn't seem to be any planks or bridges leading to that ship.
any help would be very appreciated.

From the store on Esmeralda - go up 2 sets of stairs then look behind you ( don't go out onto deck ) - and go up the 3 steps by the barrels.

You should now be on the bow of the Esmeralda, with a ropebridge on your right.

Walk up the mast then walk down small plank and mast on your left - you are now on the Tartarus.

This walkway is not shown on the CoAS map.
