Were is the totem in Curacao because I've looked in nearly every dam house.

In the governor's residence, on the railing, propped up against a pillar.

Pretty good, I have the texture pretty much ready, now I'm trying to figure out how to put it into the game.

I Searched every quire centimeter of governors residence with no luck, I'll use that script mod by freaker and see how I go

No it wasent there as your picture shows because I stood right next to that rail and no hand icon showed, Any way I used freaker's way and got all 10 totems

Then you must have collected it previously. It's there in every game.
