You can play with any model that is in the game. However, we don't really have a truly good Davy Jones model. We do have something somewhat resembling Davy Jones, but it isn't exactly perfect. No, he doesn't look exactly like Davy Jones, but he DOES somewhat resemble Davy Jones! His face is sort-of recognisable as being meant to be Davy Jones.
