UK publisher sees European Ship Simulator set for Steam’s Early Access
Oxfordshire, United Kingdom – Tuesday, 2nd July 2014 - Leading simulations publisher Excalibur (http://www.excalibur-publishing.com) is pleased to announce its forthcoming European Ship Simulator http://store.steampowered.com/app/299250 will be available via Steam Early Access from 29th August followed by a full retail version released on 3rd October 2014.
European Ship Simulator is a core nautical simulation product developed by Excalibur. The publisher intends to promote this product with regular updates and expansion packs to extend the maritime world and content indefinitely. Developed in line with modern demands for both developer and user generated DLC, players will be able to create their own ships and missions.
European Ship Simulator sees you as the captain of a collection of boats and ships accessible in the initial stages of the game. You’ll then progress through the Career mode and various missions in the Mission mode to generate revenue and rewards enabling you to add to your fleet of boats.
Excalibur’s Head of marketing, Richard Barclay, commented: “European Ship Simulator is a very exciting title for us. The possibilities for regular updates to the engine plus the DLC packs we can develop are virtually endless.”
