flying dutchman quest

I have problem with flying dutchman quest or "the ship of souls".I have ask for tavern stories and get the message for a ghost ship....now what am i doing?

Move on with your other missions. Then drink some more with the pals in other taverns... they may tell you more. But be warned. That quest is hardcore. You might be loosing a lot
