So I've completed the pirate questline, and I am now able to capture settlements, however after capturing fort orange on Jamaica, and making a crewmate a gov, I go away and come back and cant find the governor. The town is repopulated, I own it, but when I go to the residence nobody is there, which means no taxes lol. Is there a way to fix this, or is this a bug hardcoded into the game?
