Fred Bob Quest Update (yep another one)

This is a small update - it was brought to my attention that there was a problem with the encounter officer dialog (`tavern-hired` officer) after installing the Fred Bob quest - and as it turns out I used an old version of that file to make my quest - and so things that were updated in Build 11 were back to being "old", notably the "change clothes" routine.

I fixed the file - just for the `tavern-hired` officers - I did not fix it for Fred Bob's dialog as it was slightly different...

I also made a small edit to the README1st file.

Anyhoo, here is the update -

The full updated quest is "FBQfiles.exe" and is a `self-extracting` archive.

READ THE README before installing! I'm SERIOUS!

Say, Cat... suppose someone (say, me) put a dungeon on FdF ... a deep, dark one, beneath the cathedral. Would Fred Bob like to stay there, in a proper prison, until rescued, instead of on "walk" on the beach?

Every single cell has a locator, so he could physically be inside one of them.

I'm doing this as the first part of my large underground city beneath the island. One of the entrances to it will be in a cell.
 
I think I like the "parole walk" that I have him on, but there's no reason another quest couldn't be built around using a dungeon/stockade like what you are suggesting! <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/me.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":onya" border="0" alt="me.gif" /> I like it. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheeky" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" />
