Fixed Free Play: Stormy Start not working in some Stories.

With Beta 4 :- Latest Version

In some of the Free Play Stories that have the Tutorial - the Stormy Start is not working.

You can still select it but: - no Body on beach movie - not put on random beach - you are put in the Port where you would have done the tutorial - no damage to ship or loss of crew members - no goods to sell/smuggle.

Scourge of the West
No Quarter
Age of Pirates
Crouching Tiger, Sailing Dragon
Rustic Sea Wolf


It works OK in:-
Brave Black Flag
Caribbean Tales
Haitian Revolution
Lady Scorned
Age of Steam
Legend of Gasparilla
Touch of Destiny
Just Good Business

In some of the Free Play Stories that have the Tutorial - the Stormy Start is not working.

Ah, that happens exclusively for Corsairs who DO have an island to start on.
The game was written to ALWAYS use the custom start then, which shouldn't be the case.
Extract attached to PROGRAM\Storyline\FreePlay\quests to fix.

Extra change included to get, for example, a Dutch privateer in Early Explorers to hoist a Pirate flag in Tortuga, rather than a French one.
That matches better with the dialog you get then and indicates better to the player that you can use Tortuga as base despite being hostile to France.
