Hi, I need help here.

I am currently in COAS, looking for gear in the bottom of the ocean.
I cannot find it

.
Can anybody help me with the picture (screenshot) of the gear?
Or maybe some idea about changing the gear to ladder / sword

I found it. change Pinion into Ladder hawhawhaw
