GOF 2.0 pirate colony shipyard and trading licences

Wasnt there a shipyard at the pirate colony? Am I completely mistaken or has it been removed?

Without trading licences I cant get my ship fixed at the shipyards. And no I Dont like planks and sails..

is there a way to edit the cost of trading licences? the mod maker prolly can make 2mill a month
but I can make only 200k.... and bying those licences all the time is an annoyance.

Do you need trading licences for your main nation? as peter blood I do need trading licences for any nation which is most annoying. But as any other character it doesn't look like I need trading licence for my main nation?
please fix the peter blood character it doesnt even have fast travel..

Lol I found the pirate shipyard its fell hidden. Had forgotten all about it and its upgrades probably played this game 7 years ago.
