Health Regeneration

I noticed when i had build 13 final installed before my character regenerated health pretty fast, but this time it doesn't. i can only guess due to something changed i don't know about due to mods or something. anyone know how to change it to regenerate faster again

Edit: Wow nevermind it was toughness, i'm a dumbass haha

Regeneration is still present, just use time compression x3 (R key) or x10 or 30 (G) to hasten it.
