[HELP] Job as bounty hunter - cant find anoter clue

A job as a bounty hunter.
Im on a 4 part of Q .. There was something with brothel and then it says tan i ne to go to tortuga.
i was in English colony, Spanish colony and then i need to go to French colony... Im in tortuga but i cant find anyone who can tell me something about Avery ! :)
