Help with Inez,GM Viewer Tool

I had Inez tool and I couldn't do nothing, gm viewer, I have now around 27 programs, some are double-installed argh ok my problem is with the graphics... in Inez tool, when i import a file from PotC/resource/model/characters(thats an example) , the model is TOTALLY white!!! I mean, really, u don't see the textures! I just CAN'T fix that, I was wondering if it was because of my PotC graphics, so i set them to max and: nothing! still white!! GM viewer also does this but I see it all grey... >.<
PLEASE, for the LOVE OF GOD help me.. Where to begin ... let's see.

You have two problems Matey
1. The Tool needs to be told where to find the textures, but ... the textures have to be decompressed.
They have to be in *.tga and not *.tga.tx format.

2. The GM viewer also has to be pointed in the right direction to find the proper textures.
Unlike Tool, the Viewer uses the compressed textures.

But Viewer has it's own problem. It was written for simpler times.
The further we drift from DirectX 8, Win XP, and Desktop PCs towards DirectX 9+, "Windows Something else" and laptops, the less likely it is to show any textures at all.
 
To add to what Petros said: You can convert the TGA.TX files to TGA using the <a href="http://www.s31clan.com/privateftps/pietersmods/potc_downloads/tools/txconverter.zip" target="_blank">TX Converter</a>.
