How to find Pierre le Picard

In Dutch quest line Morgan asked me to find this guy in Tortuga. I went to Tortuga and asked tavern keeper and he said that guy hired a room for a year and come back later. I went back later but still doesn't tell me where to find him. Anybody knows???

You just need to talk with the npc's for this quest, the moneylender, shipwright, bartender and brothel manager. Then go back to Morgan, which will give you instructions on what to do next.
