Installation help required please

Hi guys
I haven't played my favourite childhood game for ages! And yesterday I found this! Beyond New Horizons by Hammie
I've downloaded this beyond-new-horizons-nightly-windows.zip7.8 GB
also downloaded and installed Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables (x64)
also downloaded DX9 Runtime (2010)

And I got questions:
1. I can't install DX9. It simply extracts tonnes of *.cab archives. Where do I need to put them?
2. How to launch the game? I can't see any game.exe file
3. Do I need to download or install something else to play?

ok, it works but not full screen( how to fix it?

too much space on the left and right although I made it "fullscreen" through engine.ini
