Need Help Is there a fix for screen flickering?

So, the latest Beta 4 version fixed my problem with chopping and low fps in naval battles, but screen flickering is still here. Is there a fix for it? I tried to google about this issue, cause I wasn't able to find a post about it here. There are a lot of posts though, the only one that i googled dates back to 2011, but I guess a lot has changed since than.

In my case, flickering does not happen in every naval battle, but it appears ocassionaly. It would be nice to have it gone though...

We call it "graphical anomalies", it is somehow related to the Different Flags mod,
it is tremendously inconsistent and despite trying, nobody seems to be able to figure out what is wrong.

All we really know is that it is triggered when a mast falls. Knowing that, I blast the hull of the opponent's ship and board quickly to prevent it.
