Is this game abandoned?

It looks like the game hasnt recieved anymore updates since february, nor here not on steam. Does anyone know the devs and if they have abandoned the project? They said in the video that the funding and sales were lower then expected..

I think they got pretty far in the game, into remaking it.. i hope someone else will continue the work ( if its abandoned)..
