Is this the Cheapest Pirates Listing?

I ran across a site that has Pirates 2 for $39.99 (limited edition) and 36.99 (regular edition) respectively...... seeme to be the cheapest i've found. Heres the site for anyone interested:

It sure looks like the real deal to me. I wish I had bought the combo cdr/dvd instead of cd only, because I really want that map!
