OK I just started playing it.
It's very mu luck Patrician 3, there are few noticeable gameplay changes about an hour or so into the game.
The Towns do look nice, the overview map is not that fantastic, actually the 2D version was better imho.
There have been a few commodity changes, ie starting in Stockholm is no longer a license to print money.
Trade routes have had a few changes, not for better or worse, just a little change to how it's done.
The slider system that's been spoken about before does come across like it was designed for people without a keyboard.................but for those that do it's slightly annoying.
All in all, and I must say I have not played it too much it's still got the same spirit as the other patricians but I think I might tire of it quickly.
