Limited Edition DVD Content?

I just placed an order for the limited edition DVD. There was a list of content included on the DVD. It says there are special mods included not available anywhere else? Any idea what these are? And modding tools? What modding tools? How many? What kind? Scenario, map, graphics? Any information at all?

Josh here. To use the special content, you just copy it from the folder into the Custom folder. Music goes in the sounds folder.

Ahoy mate! Yes, I figured the special content out. Have reformated quite a few of my flags to Pirates! 2 format and added them. But there are no modding tools. I don't know where that came from. Maybe they intended to add some tools, but dropped them at the last minute.

I would like to figure out how the character modding works though. Any ideas yet?
