Main Quest Broken?

Hey Gang,

I am playing with Build 12.1 and the Pieter's Modpack. In the main quest, when I go talk to Tobias in Oxbay Tavern the French Soldiers come in to the tavern but they don't attack. I killed them without their weapons drawn and when I go outside, all is calm so the game can't advance. Seems odd to me.

Pieter, Nathan, Cat, anyone, any ideas?

That's very odd. Maybe they're set to the wrong LAI group, something I or CCC might have done in messing with the LAi?
Can you send me a (zipped) save?

You get that when attacking townguards, some of them dont even have weapons!

The simple answer is to go wherever you need to go, and the quest should be continued, and if no-one attacks you, thats even better, you dont get all the useless loot! Im not sure how I can fit over 300 rusty swords in my chest of drawers, but I dont care, Its a place to put them!

Some of them are very good swords, but I cant be bothered to fix 'em at a blacksmith.
