Missing Man quest.... stuck

i'm stuck on the missing man quest. from what i gathered from the other posts here and from the quest_reaction.c file, i'm supposed to go talk to a guy in the buccaneer camp. problem is - as soon as i walk in there, everyone turns hostile and they all attack me. help?

My first reaction would be to kill all the attackers, and then look for the leaders house.

But, I guess I should ask, how did you get to that part of the quest?
What steps did you follow?

I talked many times about this bug on the forum. Turn off the auto-skill system if you have Build 14 alpha 6 or 7 (but for alpha 7 plus it doesn´t work).

I did manage to play that through at least once; I'm pretty sure, because I rewrote the dialog on that quest. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/modding.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="modding.gif" />
