Mummy Powder

Hey Guys,

I've been searching for the mummy powder for about a week real time working on Spanish missions. I'm giving up and am finally resorting to a mod or cheat to obtain it. I've seen that the item can be added by means of a mod in the cheat/mod forum, but I am having trouble finding it. Can anyone post a quick link, or flat out write some quick instructions on how to change things so I can quit looking for the dang mummy powder. Thanks again guys.

It is random merchant. And random means it may be a merchant on an enemy island. Some people say you must refuse transporting goods the option to appear; too bad I don't really remember.
