I’m new at PotC modding, so I have some questions. I just did some weapons recolors of model blade28.gm (still need to work little <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> )

Q1: I know, that this model isn’t PotC default… Do I need ask someone for permission to use it or something???
Q2: Do someone like those recolors??? Should I continue making these??? (I have think about making 5-10 swords, 3-5 pistols recolors... Might be more...)

Those look pretty cool. We've got a problem though: There are dozens of new weapons in various Russian mods as well, including actual new models, which gives us more weapons than we can ever use... <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/modding.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":modding" border="0" alt="modding.gif" />

Yeah, but those are for russian mods... mine is special for build mod <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />
And you don't have to use them all...

Edit: I still going to make more for myself... If someone wants, I'll release "pack" when it will be finished... (I love My creasion)

Maybe those could be some unique swords for bosses in the Maltese Abbay?
 
Btw the black sword with that skull and red stripes reminds me the deadric weapon styles in Morrowind computer game. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":rolleyes:" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" />

That is not black... Its darkgrey (from stone...)

<b>Silver Sword</b> — this sword is fully made from silver. Red gems add to it some more beauty. This weapon should be hanged on the wall in most visible place…
<b>Ancient Stone Sword</b> — this heavy sword is made from dark-grey stone. Red writings on it makes him even more mystical. Might be this is creation of ancient Indians.
<b>Majestic Sword</b> — this sword is to beautiful for simple pirate. Probably sometime he belonged to a king…
<b>Proud of Anvil</b> — who said that blacksmithing isn’t art? If blacksmith makes something like this from piece of iron, he can say that he is true master!!!
