ogg to mp3 and the spanish guitar music

First question, how do you convert a .ogg to .mp3 ?

Second question, I hear that spanish guitar music in combat quite often but I can't find it in the game files? Anyone know where it is?

I use Winamp. ops
Well, the whole tree was:
Grab P!G Music Pack.
Grab Fluid R3 soundfont (to have a good GM set)
Grab Synthfont to render the MIDI to digital audio
Run Winamp, choose output plugin "out_ogg" (you may have to grab this separately) and play the from above.

You shouldn't hear the spanish guitar music unless you visit a shipyard...
Filename is SHIPRITE.ogg

There's a little bit of Spanish guitar that plays during a battle, Nathan... I don't know which one it is, tho.

Yeah, I love when that tune plays in sea battle, it really picks up my spirits, and the moral of me crew! ops

Yeah it's cool, does it play in the Alcove maybe? I wonder if it could be coded in to be one of the regular battle tunes?
