At end of Battle follow Padilla into Oranjestad – watch soldier kill civilian – auto-walk & talk to Padilla – Transported to Sea – game crashes. :shock

I can't see any clear crash-worthy entries in those log files, unfortunately. Can you post your compile.log as well?
If it's one of those stupid AIGroup errors again, it should show in there. That's a random problem that may be circumvented by trying again from a previous save.

That " ERROR: unidentified condition " is new to me. Other than that, all of those "can't create group" messages mean something bad is going to happen soon.
 
I really wished somebody could look at the AIGroup code. It seems to be a source for quite a lot of crashes and they crop up randomly and then don't go away. :modding
