A book I've always enjoyed, while not strictly PIRATE, is James Michner's "Caribbean". It covers pretty much the whole gamut of history in the Caribbean, seen through the eyes of several different types down through the years. Big thick book, but if you like reading <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/bookish.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":mm" border="0" alt="bookish.gif" /> that shouldn't be a problem! <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="
