I keep on seeing this thing. I might be a noob question but what is it?

It is a package of mods that have not been added to the full Build 12 yet. Pieter Boelen put them together and has provisionally made them work - they include some fixes and other interesting things but it is still in a betatest version so it MIGHT cause your game some problems.

I've got the build 12, should I download the full modpack or the update.

Download the full, install that, then download the update, then install that.

Pieter's modpack (the one I gave the link for) is only if you wish to betatest the new stuff, it's not guaranteed (whatever that means, LOL!) to be stable - there are still bugs to be worked out... He's talking about the update to B12 that you can get via the online installer. Generally, if you have B12 installed and it shows "0KB" in the update selection, you do not need the update.

On my page, there is a full download and an update download link. The full download is meant for anyone who hasn't already got a recent version installed. The update will update a recent PotCMods.zip version to the most up-to-date version. So, since you haven't used any version yet, you should get the full download.

Hi!! i downloaded the modpack from there <a href="http://millenniumdock.bravepages.com/storage/others/potcmods.htm" target="_blank">http://millenniumdock.bravepages.com/stora...rs/potcmods.htm</a> But it was only 15,8 megs...winzip says that the zip file is incomplete.
