Previous Mods - Where'd they go?

Just got back from vacation and managed to contract a virus that required me to completely reload my computer. :x Lost all the past mods to POTC. The only one available at the mod center is 11. Where can I get the previoius mods, especially 10.0+ mods? Have a few games using those mods I'd like to continue. you can get individual mods by downloading hellangel's "all" pack from the mod centre.
