Prison in the cargo hold

i dont know if someone ever suggested it before, but what about creating a prison inside the deck of the cargo hold? Then when you imprision new prisioneers, they all will be locked in a small jail inside your ship.

It would require to modify or create a new location, but since we have some tools to do this we didn't find out yet how to make proper locations for a game...
