Problem with being boarded

I've got a strange problem in my game... Every time if I get boarded by others I can't get back to sea <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dunno.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":shrug" border="0" alt="dunno.gif" />
Does anybody know what the problem is ? If yes, plz tell me v <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/type_1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":nk" border="0" alt="type_1.gif" />

Where did the deck texture go???

Also: What modpack update are you using at the moment?
 
My deck.tga is located at C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Pirates of the Caribbean\RESOURCE\Textures\Ships. After the file deck.tga is also a file name degk.tga. Is that alright or does that file has to be the deck ?
I have pre build13 + the update

You fixed the boarding problem I have (says your note "bad boarding bug fixed) or is it another fixed bug ?

It fixed a bad boarding bug that existed in the August 3 edition. However, the August 5 edition is still not working right.

Both filenames are correct. However, the deck you are on uses neither of these textures. It seems to me that something went wrong with your installation. Are you sure you installed the Pre Build 13 Base version? The proper textures should all be in there. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wacko.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":wacko:" border="0" alt="wacko.gif" />
 
yes I'm sure that I installed pre build 13... I still have them on my destkop and well... I'm sure of it <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" />
 
Then I don't understand why the textures are missing. You also installed Build 12 first, right? You could try installing it on top of you current installation all over again; just to be sure... <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />

And before you get confused: After you installed Build 12, also install Pre Build 13 and the Pre Build 13 update.
 
After installing the Pre Build 13, you only need to install the update you'll want to use. Choose from the ones available from my site. The latest one appears to not be working entirely right, so you can also choose an earlier version.
 
Well I've done what u said and installed everything but I still got the problem with the deck <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wacko.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":wacko:" border="0" alt="wacko.gif" />
Maybe you know what file the deck uses cause i don't know <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dunno.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":shrug" border="0" alt="dunno.gif" />

I still can't back to my ship after I killed all the enemies. But this deck DO has a texture not as my previous picture.

I know there was a bug where you'd get stuck on the second boarding deck in the 3 August update, but it was fixed in the 5 August one... <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />
 
well, I have the update from 3 august but before this morning I had also the 5 august update and i got also stuck . I have none of the other updates only that from 3 august, shoul I have the others too ?
 
The other updates are not required, no. But you could make a new install and use one of the previous ones instead. Maybe they do work properly?
 
If you want to use an older update, I would recommend reinstalling again, yes. If you do this, I have a tip: As soon as you've installed PotC + Build 12.1 + Pre Build 13 Base, put it all in a .zip file. Next time you have to reinstall, you only need to delete the old files and extract the .zip file. No need messing around with 2 CDs and three installer files anymore. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

Well Pieter I still have the problem, I reinstalled whole POTC and installed build 12 + pre build 13 and no further updates but if I board with a big ship I can't get back... If I board with a little ship (lugger)everything works fine and I can back to sea but with a big ship (fleut & frigate ect.) I can't get back...
