Problem With The character/ship status page

Hi..I have downloaded and installed the build 13 mod..it works perfectly..except from one thing..I can't view the status page..when i press f2..nothing happens, I have tried to reinstall potc and the build mod but it didn't solve the problem.

what can be wrong?
